Going outside is always a good idea.

• A man smiled at me.
• I had a chat with a dog walker about the bowel movements of seagulls and pigeons.  This was better than it sounds.
• I got reduced washing powder.
• Got some popcorn.
• Made a joke with someone that works in Morrisons.
• Was greeted nicely by someone that works there and clearly recognised me.
• Outside smelled nice - of warm and rain.
• Coming home is always lovely.
